About Us
-
Having worked in the voluntary sector in charities, not for profit organisations and churches for over 22 years, we have seen many changes, challenges, and opportunities.
Often with relatively small management teams, busy trustees/directors and tight financial margins, leaders find it challenging to be proactive and remain strategic. The nature of the sector usually leads us to be reactive, and pressure largely falls on the most senior person, I.e., CEO or Senior Manager to keep the show on the road.
-
Love, grace, relationship, listening, honesty & integrity
-
We will be accountable to the CEO, the chair of trustees or a designated person, where we work on the agreed themes, clear outcomes, timeframes, and meeting dates.
